Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website (hereafter referred to as “We”). By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change the information on this website from time to time, including the terms and conditions, without notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately.
Pricing
All prices are shown in USD, and charged in this currency (please refer to local exchange rates for equivalents).
Orders
At the completion of any order an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer within 10 minutes. If you do not receive this confirmation email please check your Spam folder. This confirmation email also acts as a proof of purchase for any warranty issues.
If for any reason a product purchased cannot be dispatched, a full refund will be provided.
During peak periods of trade there may be delays in the dispatch of orders.
We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity.
International Orders
Customers should be aware of their country’s import fees / duties. These fees, should they occur, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Loss or Damage in Transit
By selecting either of the Courier options during the checkout process, insurance to a value of around US$1000 is automatically implied – as provided for in the nature of the service associated. Loss or damage to any shipment thereby becomes the responsibility of the courier company. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched, normally via email notification.
Limitation of Liability
The customer agrees that their use of this website is at their sole risk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you encounter in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or any linked website – or your use of, or reliance on, information contained on or accessed through this website or any linked website. We exclude any condition or warranty that could apply to this website or any content on it, whether express or implied (but only to the extent that this is allowed by law). We do not guarantee that this website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

The distinct Jewellery products and gift items offered for sale on this website are the property of their respective companies and brands, and remain protected by copyright laws and treaties at all times. This intellectual property includes all original images, and all novel story elements. All such rights are reserved.
Governing Law
Any contract arising from the use of this website is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
Return Policy
We always remain committed to providing quality products and service to our valued customers. If ever a product is faulty or damaged we will always seek a fair and equitable outcome, and in the process hopefully always meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. We are by no means legally obliged to provide a refund if you have merely changed your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully.
