Shipping & Insurance

Shipping –

At check-out you will be able to select from several shipping options –

• Standard Economy Parcel (USD$5 worldwide. Slower, and no tracking – but insured.)
• Standard Courier (USD$20 – 7-14 days* to most destinations. Tracked and signature required.)
• Express Courier (USD$35 – 3-5 days* to most destinations. Tracked and signature required.) 

*Possibly longer at present due to Covid-19, or if items are held up at your local customs border.

Insurance –

The insurance provided by the all shipping options we offer supports cover for up to around AUD$100 in the case of any parcel going missing. This cover is applied automatically within the cost of the particular shipping option. For the tracked options – if any parcel fails to arrive (no signature recorded) we will generally provide a voucher for the same value as the original purchase total.
